Founded in 2000 by Gordon Mehler, a seasoned former federal prosecutor, Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Clinton Administration, and lead author of a widely-used treatise on federal criminal practice, our firm has developed into a close-knit group of six outstanding lawyers. Our criminal practice covers all areas of white-collar defense and the related areas of regulatory enforcement. We also specialize in civil litigation in the federal and state courts, and we frequently work with larger firms on internal investigations. Our goal is to apply our expertise to resolve successfully our clients' most challenging and pressing legal problems.
